  • Complete the registration form, and a Utopia retreat representative will review your application.

  • Schedule your intake call to answer questions and ensure expectations and alignment. (The link is at the bottom of the registration form.)

  • You will be invited to submit your deposit and start your payment plan.

  • You will also be invited to our monthly "Utopia Meet & Greet and Q&A" calls to get to know other attendees better & receive updates.

Deposit

Early Bird Discount: $550 ($200 Off - Ends March 15th)

Regular Deposit: $750

(Covers curation of Utopia Retreat experiences: spa, wellness coaching, Utopia Beach Tote (shirt, journal, water bottle, etc.) social impact activities,  cultural experiences, virtual Meet & Greets and Q&A meetings)

(Deposits are non-refundable & not included in the pricing plans below.)

Pricing Plans Include:

  • 5 Star Resort

  • Daily Breakfast, welcome dinner, finale dinner

  • 10 - Cultural Experiences/Tours: 

  • 1 -  Luxury Spa Experience

  • Wellness Sessions: Mindfulness, Breath Work, Group Coaching, Gratitude Journaling

  • Group Airport Transfers to Hotel


Room Rates

Double Occupancy Rate: $3895

Payment Schedule: 6 payments of $650

Single Occupancy Rate: $4895

Payment Schedule: 6 payments of $816

  • Discounts: Receive a $100 credit for each sister-friend that attends the retreat! Credits are applied once full payments are received.

  • Double occupancy guests are responsible for identifying your roommate. Utopia Retreats will assist however if we have an odd number of attendees, one will be responsible for the single occupancy rate of $4895 + $750 deposit

  • Please note: Full payment due by Oct 1, 2025 - otherwise, rooms may be canceled.

  • Payment plans do not include the deposit

  • Full COVID-19 Vaccines are required
